Sous Chef Needed: Early in the Y2K, Vashon Island Golf & Country Club will be hiring a Sous Chef to work on the team with Executive Chef David Beall. Experience required in fine dining with strong emphasis on quality, presentation and creativity. Casual lunches, more upscale weekend dinners, many special events, weekend breakfasts and brunches.
